Disability Services will be located near the Pre-Registration booth in the Main Lobby at Kami-Con. We recognize that all people are unique and have different needs. Our goal is to ensure that Kami-Con is fun and accessible for everyone. Please check in with our team of dedicated accessibility specialists if you need any form of accommodation so we can get you taken care of.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE ANIMALS
The BJCC has changed its policy regarding emotional support animals. While service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA titles II and III, emotional support animals are not permitted inside the venues of the BJCC. If you are not sure whether you have an emotional support animal or a service animal, please refer to the Department of Justice’s definition of Service Animals.
WHEELCHAIRS
Hello everyone! Hope you are excited for Kami-Con 2024! Disability Services is endeavoring to make the convention as accessible as possible. While we looked into the options, we are not currently able to provide wheelchair rentals on site. However, below are three rental services which you can contact. Prices will vary. Please be aware that none of these companies are open on Sunday, but at least Mobility Central is open early on Saturday. Please make reservations ahead of time to make sure you have what you need.
